Norm is a visionary entrepreneur and global leader who has spent more than 30 years at the intersection of business, media, and philanthropy. As Founder and CEO of Neue Group, he is passionate about building organizations that create lasting impact. His work spans North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East—connecting leaders, businesses, and nonprofit initiatives to drive transformation worldwide. Norm also serves on several international boards and is an active partner in two technology ventures that advance innovation and social good.

With over three decades of leadership in technology systems, finance, and operations, Dean brings strategic depth and operational excellence to Neue Group. His experience as Enterprise Procurement Manager at Executech and CFO and Chief Academic Advisor at International Learning Spectrum reflects his ability to design systems that work seamlessly across complex environments. Dean is known for his steady leadership, resourcefulness, and unwavering commitment to excellence in every detail.
